<p>Technically you are supposed to report all grades you earn. You should report your C out of honesty, although I doubt anyone would find out if you didn’t.</p>
<p>Your friend should probably check her high school transcript to make sure she hasn’t been given credit for that class. If it’s clear, then she doesn’t need to report it.</p>
