<p>Disadvantage: Teacher recs-they aren't fluent in English</p>

<p>Your stats wont get you into the top elites, but they're not too bad. You really need to pull up those SATs scores and I'd try to get some other high SAT II scores as an 800 on Chinese for a Hong Kong citizen is ridiculously easy.</p>
<p>The top LACs are all reaches as of right now, you can get into some decent ones probably. I would really try to get some more ECs though.</p>
<p>Many colleges are not need-blind for international students, so take that into consideration.</p>
