Junior... little time left, lots to fill!

<p>I'm in the second semester of my Junior year. International student from south america (would this count as URM?).</p>

<p>My stats:
GPA: 3.6 (supposing I finalize my junior year and first semester senior year with a 4.0 GPA)
PSAT: 196
Haven't taken the SAT yet(lately, that is), but I am registered for the May date. I am expecting about 700-750 in each section, per the practice tests I've taken.</p>

Freshman (pretty standard course load, i.e. you can't take any "advanced/honors" courses until junior year):

Candidate to speech competition at English Speaking union (prestigious institution, final prize in competition is a trip to London meeting high representatives, etc...)
Community service:
Help impoverished community, helping students learn English
Built temporary houses at a site where a fire destroyed a whole community
Hope to advance in this impoverished community with more projects.</p>

<p>I know this is far from impressive, so I wanted some tips here on how to boost this up.</p>

<p>I want to major in Economics and possibly minor in entrepreneurship.</p>

<p>What do you guys think? Are my reaches really far? Are there any other colleges I should be considering? (I'm looking for something in Illinois, Mass., New York, DC but its location is not essential)</p>

<p>i’d say with you being a international candidate you should be fine with the three, but don’t get your hopes up for the reaches. also, i would recommend you try george washington university</p>
