Hey all, I'm doing CDB: cell bio. I was wondering if it was normal for people to do MCB 102, MCB 104, and Physics 8B in one semester. Along with research, volunteering, yada, yada. Would that be tough? If I don't do this, how would I plan my next four semesters if I have all the upper divs and physics 8B remaining? Especially because MCB 104 is MCB 130A's prereq and MCB 130A is only offered in the spring. So if I don't take 104 next semester, I'd have to take 130A in my last semester. Do people generally do that?

Doing mcb 102, 104 and physics would be very tough and you probably wouldn’t do well in any of them by cramming it all together. Since all three of those classes are offered both semesters, you can take them separately in your remaining semesters. People generally take 130A their senior year (and to be honest, even though 104 is a prereq, I thought 130A was much easier than 104).
