Tell me what colleges I should apply to— safety, reach, dream.

I got a C in physics I,but I wasn’t provided the equipment to see the board because I’m visually impaired (legally blind). The reason why I’m going to take SAT Subject Physucs isvto I guess in someway “compensate” this C.
Please tell me what colleges I should apply for. I’m planning on applying all over. I don’t really care about geography, class size, etc. I am more focused on ranks right now; I’ll be more concerned about other details late. I realize that essays make a big difference, but just with the details given here.
In your opinion, what is a weak part of my application? What should I work on to I,prove before I actually apply?
