Junior Wishing to Apply to UC's - What are my chances

Hi, I am currently a junior in a competitive high school in California. I am an Asian male and want to major in political science for undergrad.
Here are my stats:

Freshmen year: 3.5/3.5
Sophomore year: 3.8/3.8
Junior year: 3.6/3.6

my ACT: 31

my AP’s

  • APHUG (got a 5)
  • APENG 11 (taking the test soon)
  • APUSH (taking the test soon)

my UC unweighted GPA: 3.71
my UC weighted GPA: 4.0

My EC’s:

  • Link Crew (have leadership position)
  • French Club (have leadership position)
  • secretary for peer mentors
  • academic decathlon (a team and got awards)
  • treasurer for mock trial
  • secretary for healthy eating initiative (an organization)
  • orchestra

Experiences:

  • internship for a state senate campaign
  • internship with Pasadena Jaycees
  • was an exchange student to France

Awards:

  • silver medal for Academic Decathlon regionals speech
  • gold for Les grand Concours (national french contest)
  • bronze for the PVSA award

Please tell me my chances. I’m planning on applying to every UC

So your UC capped weighted GPA will probably be also in the 3.95-4.00 range, which is a reach for the mid tier UCs (Irvine, SB, Davis) and more a match for Santa Cruz and Riverside. But the process is holistic, and really good essays, ECs and course rigor could compensate.
