Junior with a low GPA and strong EC's/scores... help!

Like the the title says, I'm a junior in a predicament. It's almost the end of first semester, and my GPA has taken a beating like no other. I'm wondering what my chances look like for some of my top schools.

A little background info/summary: I go to a public, fairly non-competitive HS in Montana. My GPA has been on a downward trend, and recently hit rock bottom junior year. This is mainly because I've taken the most challenging courseload possible at my school. However, I believe my extracurriculars and test scores are promising.

Here's a run-down of my statistics:
9th grade GPA: 3.92 UW
10th grade GPA: 3.75 UW/4.0 W
11th grade GPA: 2.8 UW (first semester)

Overall I've taken 4 AP's: Biology, European History, US History and Chemistry

PSAT Score: 215 (I know colleges won't look at this, but I guess it's indicative that my future test scores will be pretty good?)

Extracurriculars:
Debate Team for 2 years
National Honor Society
WorldQuest Team for 2 years
Library Volunteer for 2 years (gotten ~ 100 hours)

Now for some explaining. The reason my junior year GPA is so low is because I'm taking AP Chemistry, which is two periods at my school. This means that whatever grade I get in the class, it counts twice. I got a C, which showed up as two C's. On top of this, I also got a C in pre-calculus. This is a HUGE downward trend in my HS GPA, and I'm worried that this will all but kill my chances with my choice schools. The rest of my HS grades have been A's and B's (only in AP classes). I plan on having a great application essay, good recommendations and put in that I'm a first-generation college student.

Now I ask you, CC, what do my future chances look like for these colleges?
- University of Washington
- University of Southern California
- Carnegie Mellon
- Reed College
- Santa Clara University
- University of Chicago (humongous reach, I know!)

All answers are welcome. I just need some perspective.

UWASH = low match
USC = high match
Carnegie Mellon = High Match
Reed = Idk
Santa Clara = idk
U of chicago = low reach(if you get over a 2200 on your real sat’s)

PLEASE CHANCE BACK!
