I am a junior high school student and my senior year I will be taking geometry, but I know you have to have Alg 2 in order to go to a 4 year and I’m striving for CSUSB what can I do to make my chances higher to get in ? Please help ! :((
Is it possible for you to take Geometry over the summer and Algebra II senior year? The CSUs require that class for admission. They also require a minimum of three years of math, how many have you taken starting in 9th grade?
If i were you I’d take algebra 2 in the summer and geometry in school because algebra 2 is easier
My friend didn’t take physics which was a requirement for her college. They accepted her, but she is not allowed to start there until she takes high school physics.
My school allows two math classes in a year, and the most common mix is gemoetry/alg II freshman or sophomore year since the material doesn’t mix. I’d check with your school to see if you could do this senior year, but if not I’d recommend taking geometry over the summer. It’s a lot lighter than algebra II and easier to understand on your own.
I may be able to do that and I’ve taken 3 years of math and thank you so much this helped soooo much thank you thank you thank you !!!
