Junior year: AP Physics 1 or regular physics & AP Environmental Science?

I’m really not a math person. Science, I’m pretty good at but math is just not my strong suit. I’m in the process of selecting my junior year classes (I know it’s early, my school for some reason wants it done before Christmas break because we have so many students) and I’m torn between what to do for science. I was in honors biology and got a B/B+ so I took regular chemistry (which I really regret) and have a solid A/A+. So for next year I am conflicted between what classes to take: AP Physics 1 and AP Art History for an elective, or regular Physics and AP Environmental Science. I really had wanted to take AP physics 1 because I felt dumb not taking chemistry honors, but I’ve heard it’s a very dense class and at my school 30% of people end up dropping it. If I take regular physics and APES, I’d probably get an A but I also wouldn’t be able to take double period math (which is a huge help to my math grade.) I don’t know what to do? What do you think looks better for college admissions? I’m a much more humanities oriented person than math/sciences, probably looking to major in political science or philosophy in college.
I’ll also be taking junior year:
AP US History & Gov’t.
AP English Lang
Precalculus (regular)
French 4 Honors
Russian 2

I having a hard time deciding what I want to take in junior year. Taking the most rigorous curriculum is highly advised, but if you start getting Cs, you should lighten your course load.
