Junior Year: AP Psych or AP Stats?

just as an fyi, junior year i'll be taking pre-calc already and senior i'll be taking AP clac AB. Which class fits better with which?

Psych you can easily self-study if you want. If you wanted to take only one class though I would go with Stats.

Just take both.

but if you only want to take one, I’d take Psych

Psych is one of the most fun classes you can take.

I’m takin it right now, and I love it. Doesn’t even feel like an AP class because its so interesting. APUSH, on the other hand…

Stats; get your math out of the way. Although psych is very interesting you can just self-study that. I think colleges would like to see that you have taken the highest offered math classes versus just taking “easy” AP courses

He can’t just take it Senior year. And besides, he said he would be taking Calc AB. I think that’s a pretty good combo

appleandrice:

Stats is easier than Psych. Stats is just plug and chug.

Psych is more fun and if your teacher allows you, you can do some really cool experiments.

can not “can’t” as I wrote earlier

^^^ I’m in AP Psych now, and tomorrow we’re dissecting sheep brain :D
