Junior year chances?

Hi all!

Unweighted GPA: 4.0
Weighted: 4.17

Junior year courses:
Madrigals (Top Choir)
Psychology
Honors US History
AP English
Spanish 4 Honors
AP Biology
Pre-Calculus Honors

Of course, I'm going to strive to get all A's junior year but no guarantees; I'm pretty good at managing my time though.

SAT: Highest on a practice test was 2310
Subject Tests:
World History - 720
Chemistry - 620 (will retake in either December or January)

EC's:
President of Key Club
Will be running for Lieutenant Governor senior year

My top choices are Duke, Pomona College, Carnegie Mellon, and UCLA.

What do you think my chances are at this point? What should I do to improve my chances? Am I on the right track?

Thank you :)

If you end up getting the scores you are getting on your practice tests that is great! You uw GPA is of course high enough, but the weighted one is a bit low… The really big issue I see is that you basically have no ECs. So basically focus on ECs.

My weighted GPA was actually one out of three that show up on my transcript; I have no idea which one to use, LOL. I have a Total GPA - 4.14, an Academic GPA - 4.17, and a 10-12 GPA - 4.33. I’m not sure which one is important, haha.

I guess Key Club has pretty much been my EC haha. I don’t do sports or anything so I focus all of my time into Key Club and community service.
