Junior Year Schedule decision advice needed.

Hello, CC I am in a pretty peculiar situation when it comes to scheduling. My school for some really weird reason weighs Honors classes and AP classes the same way despite the fact that usually honors courses are a joke compared to AP. It is also really weird in that A+ counts as 4.5 while A counts as 4.0 and weighted classes multiply that by 1.3 meaning an A+ is a 5.85 while an A is a 5.2 ... a huge difference. Currently as a sophomore I have taken AP Chemistry(only seniors are usually allowed to take it) and Pre-Calculus honors which have brought my grade point average down significantly... I know for a fact that If i took A2T H like everyone else in my grade and Chem "Honors" I could have easily gotten an A+. This sort of worries me a lot.

Next year I am planning to take 5 AP classes, currently I have 3 so it won't be that big of a jump except that would include 2 hardest class in my school, AP Physics C and AP Calculus BC. I am pretty sure I will do ok, and will get A or A- but ,I am really worried about my GPA and ranking overall. So I have been considering maybe take AP Biology and AP Calculus AB junior year and take AP Calc BC and AP physics senior year. But a question i have is, is that a smart thing to do?will colleges look at taking AP AB junior year and AP BC senior year as something to be frowned upon? Also are students from the same school compared to each other during the college admissions?
