Junior Year Schedule Thoughts

Hi,
I’m just wondering how I would run my junior year and wondering if this a good schedule.

Multivariable Calc
Digital Photography
AP USH
AP Computer Science A/Principles
English 3H/AP English(IDK)
AP spanish

I enjoy computer science and math and I’m not sure if I should or shouldn’t take AP english Lang.
I don’t want to overload and even though I’ll be done w AP bio/AP chem in sophomore year I don’t want to take AP physics C for the sole purpose of not overloading.
What do you guys think?

I think you need some level of physics.

I might just take it in 12th grade and it makes no difference right? Some of my friends dont take calculus until 12th grade which is a requirement to take C.

As long as you take Physics senior year your schedule is fine.
Why is AP CS “programming/principles”? Those are 2 different courses.

Did you already take AP Calc?

What lab science have you already taken or plan to take Sr. year? I think CS is totally worthwhile but it isn’t seen as a “science” course.

I’m just deciding which I take. Either or.

It’s an okay schedule for most universities. What do you plan to major in? Lack of AP English and a non academic elective and no science may not be rigorous enough for a competitive university or program, though.
But , again, if that’s not your it’s fine.

Didn’t u read I’ll be already done w AP Bio/AP chem by sophmore year. Many of my friends and a lot of people can’t even take a science in junior cuz of calculus requirement and u need to basically be in double accel for physics junior year or take AP Bio or AP chem in junior year. But I doubt it makes a difference when u take it.

@Plabem It’s not the lack of science that’s an issue. It’s that fact combined with other courses which are less rigorous. That was the essence of my comment. You can disagree with my assessment, but there is no need to insult anyone.

I think AP spanish and AP USH and AP English is rigorous for other non-STEM courses right? Also I don’t mean to be speaking rudely cuz its text and all.
