Self Studying:
AP Environmental Science
PENDING: AP Psychology

Any thoughts? How would you rate the difficulty of the schedule (1-10)?

Why do you want to self-study those classes? Don’t colleges not look at AP scores during the admissions process? Or does self-studying “look good?”

@Rush10: Self-studying looks decent because colleges realize that you took the initiative to teach yourself college level material. There’s a reason some people self study, like, 15 APs… And hey, it’s credit. To clarify, it isn’t that great, but it is OK.

@Bryanwalt: Well, at least it’s still on a level playing field as last year… Had no life there either.

Well I suppose so, but I feel like it’s a waste of time. Especially with environmental science and psych considered to be the easiest AP’s, I’d devote that energy toward pursuing some EC’s. But in the end, it’s up to you.

Oh yeah, I do have some ECs also. Piano, NHS, Key Club, Spanish Club, and some hospital volunteering. I’ll probably have to schedule myself hardcore this year then, huh?
