So far my schedule is:

Honors Precalculus
Honors American Perspective (English)
Honors Justice and Law
Honors Chemistry & Lab
Honors Spanish
P.E.

And now I have you space open for an elective. Should I take Honors Accounting II which gives me 3 community college credits or should I take AP Statistics? Which looks better and which do you think would be easiest?

My guidance counselor says my Junior year is most important. So I'm thinking I'll go with whichever is easiest because I don't want to be stressed.

Try to pick up some AP classes rather than honors. Also, I think both classes are both at level. If AP Stats is only a semester at your school, I would take that.

Usually when they say most important they mean most challenging. I would necessarily pick this year to look or the easiest route, but which class would you enjoy more? You have two beneficial choices: college class and an AP class which in turn gets you college credit. What are you most interested in?

I don’t go to your school, so I can’t say for sure, but generally speaking the AP class will be harder but will also look better. If you’re serious about accounting/finance/math then take AP Stats. If you’re taking it just for the sake of taking another class, take the honors one.

It’ll be nice to see AP classes, but I see so many Juniors without and AP classes. I would choose Honors Accounting II, and save AP Stats for senior year along with other AP classes.

AP classes look nice, but remember that you can take AP tests without the class: I have done that for 6 APs on top of the IB diploma, and that works great for me. So, basically, what I suggest is going for that Honors Accounting II: not only will it be applicable later in life, but you can take that calss alongside some APs in your free time.
As far as difficulty goes, I have never taken Honors Accounting II; however, AP Stats was pretty easy (keep in mind I’m NOT a math person!)
