<p>Nothing wrong with it, but unless your school is well known for sports (mine isn’t) you really do need to stand out a bit. At schools like mine, everyone gets to participate in sports, and depending on the sport, everyone gets Varsity. So, unless the college knows your school is athletically competitive inside the school, you won’t get much attention for it. Again, this is from the perspective of getting into college. There is absolutely nothing wrong with playing and having fun with a sport you love.</p>
