If you haven't joined any clubs, can you join multiple clubs Junior year and make the best of it for top schools?

I think you can, but you’ll need to do more than just join them. You need to at the very least obtain leadership positions and preferably organize activities/get really involved with those clubs.

im telling you, joining clubs is just a waste of time. Do something productive…

Honestly it’s just fluff.

I want to make a difference so that I will be projected jcll2002. Constucting a difference to the community and whatnot is not considered ‘‘fluff’’ if you have a passion for it.

well joining a bunch of clubs isn’t. Yes, constructing a difference to the community is something great, something really to be proud of.

If you are really passionate about something, make a club or two. Or do something else.

I don’t know… just joining a bunch of clubs doesn’t look good.

clubs are pointless fluff.

you should join organizations that are focused on community service, or competetions, or co-curriculars. just joining a club of people with the same interests, like chess club, is not going to increase your chance of admission.
