Just a Kid Looking for Some Help

I love economics. I know that economics is my passion. Not sure yet if its Macro or Micro, but i know i have a thing for economics. Im referred to as a smart kid, but my grades don't always prove that. I was extremely lazy sophomore year... More than I should have been. It basically destroyed my GPA. I am basically my own enemy.

I am very interested in NYU STERN(Early Decision), BOSTON UNIVERSITY, UCHICAGO, CORNELL,UC San Diego, RUTGERS, UT AUSTIN. Perhaps suggest some to me?

Anyways, Here are my very sad Stats

I also have several varsity letters for academics. I dont know if that play a role in the application process or not
Sadly no sports for my school...

Im scared I won't get accepted anywhere because of my GPA. By the end of my first semester of senior year it will be 3.6 (i guarantee it), but even that is very low. You Guys have helped out so many others, please help me out guys. Im losing hope...

I do not know why some letters are red and the others are not…

UChicago and Cornell are unrealistic with you grades. I am not sure if the others would overlook the GPA since you have high test scores, maybe somebody else who is more familiar with the schools can speak to your odds…

For someone who got an 800 in math for the SAT, it looks like you might have added wrong. It should be a 2280 SAT total. lol srry I’m feeling like an ass tonight
