<p>I looked up English departments, out of curiosity - for starters it leaves out all liberal arts colleges (e.g. top English programs, like Amherst, Williams, Pomona, Oberlin…) so maybe that explains something about the website in general. Of course EVERY school in the country has an English department…</p>
