Just admitted to USC as a transfer student-how generous is their financial aid?

My efc is about $1200. A sibling attends an ivy league college and we basically get an amazing aid package there. USC is my dream school and i am thrilled to be admitted, but i hear that their aid can vary for middle class folk like us.... with an EFC of about 1200$, will i get decent aid?

Thanks

USC meets 100% of need-based aid. As to how much you may get I can’t really speculate. Try searching for other need-based aid threads in this forum because people talk about this every spring during admission season.

i mean how close to their 77/23 grants/loans do they abide by? do they give more grants than 77% for needy fams like us?

They calculate USC “need” based on the CSS Profile, not the FASFA. You might want to check some of the other threads in this forum.

did you read my question? i know they calculate their own need, but do they fill it wtih 77/23 grants/loans or more generous with grants??
