<p>Dance- my passion :)
Im on the schools dance team(practice 6 hours a week). Even though I am in middle school, our high school dance team is ranked one of the top in the state (maybe nation?). I am also part of a ballet company ranked as co 1 apprentice (third highest rank) I have performed in the Nutcracker, Cinderella, Sleeping Beauty, Swan Lake, and Coppelia. In Swan Lake I was a white swan. I have been dancing for almost 11 years now, 3 years on pointe. Besides ballet (5 1/2 hours per week), I also dance modern(2 hours), jazz(2 hours), hip hop(1 hour), and tap(2 hours). My company has recently traveled internationally, winning two first place trophies against 16 other countries in ballet and modern in Cesenatico, Italy. We also took classes at a professional studios, Pineapple Dance Studio, in London and one in Paris too. Our company also did a street performance at Trafalgar square. I hope to get into St Paul's School Ballet Company. :)</p>

<p>Art-
I have received the superintendents award before, my drawing was called The Panda. The superintendents award is given to a drawing that was created locally, but my artwork was chosen out of hundreds in the area.</p>
<p>Math and Science-
As an eighth grader i am currently part of an advanced placement system my school coorporation participates in. I am taking honors biology and honors geometry. In eighth grade i took the ECA test to complete Algebra, and was the first in 7 years to score a perfect at my School. Ive been in this advanced math system for 5 years, and started the advanced science this year.</p>
<p>Mandarin- I can communicate basically but cannot read or write.</p>

I have also recieved one of the highest awards at my school. </p>
<p>SSAT/ISEE
Im planning on taking the tests in November. Usually i score very well on these kinds of tests, and i have already scheduled my interviews for this month (feeling nervous!).</p>
