College Summer programs: JSA- Princeton

Colleges I am Thinking About:
HYP (I think I have a little chance)
MIT
Dartmouth
Columbia
UPenn
Cornell
Brown
NYU
UChicago
Williams
Vassar
Swathmore
John Hopkins
Washington U in St. Louis
Amherst

Sorry for the long list, I really haven't had the time to start trimming it down yet. I have my safties already in mind and I know I will make it into one of the State flagships.

Planned Senior Year Workload:
AP Lit
AP Gov
AP Calc BC
AP Physics
AP Bio
AP French
Advanced Research-Math
Advance Research- Science
Study Hall/Free Period???

If you can get that SAT to around 2250+ or your ACT to 34+, HYP and MIT will be more realistic.

I know I can get it that high. I got the SAT Blue Book and took every test in it and the lowest I got was a 2280, the highest a 2370. When I orginally took it in 9th grade, I took it cold. I am taking the SAT in March and May this year.

Awards, SATs and GPA seem really good - def on par/above for HYPSM.
However, your ECs are great, but seem quite normal and more like a passion for getting into an IVY than a true passion for an interest. That’s probably the only drawback.
I would say:

HYP (I think I have a little chance) - high reach
MIT - high reach
Dartmouth - high reach
Columbia - high reach
UPenn - reach / high reach for Wharton
Cornell - reach
Brown - reach
NYU - match
UChicago - in
Williams - match/reach
Washington U in St. Louis - match
Amherst - match/reach

Good luck anyway!

Please chance back! http://talk.collegeconfidential.com/what-my-chances/1062868-chance-swede-wharton-harvard-yale-etc.html

So you are applying to every schools at in Ivies and the top of USNews LAC ranks. Pro

You don’t have a hook unless you are a pro Tennis player so probably in at a few, but not a sure bet at any.

I am not applying to all of these schools. This is just my preliminary list of colleges I am considering. When it comes time to apply, I am probably going to apply to half of these schools.

Bump 10char

Anyone at all?
