<p>Don't send high school transcripts unless you are out of state or an athlete. They'll request a transcript if they want one from you. And teacher recs are required but I heard they'll read them, although I was told it doesnt affect anything.</p>
<p>I believe you mean "teacher recs are NOT required". Also HS transcript is required for out of country, not oos.</p>
