Mine was wonderful... how were yours/have you had them yet?

mine is sunday!!! I don't want to prepare too much because I don't want to sound like a robot, but what do you think I should know? What about Georgetown? Did you talk more about you right now or you at Georgetown?

We really just like... talked. Conversation just flowed. It was really easy for me because I've done so much research about Georgetown and really know why I want to get in.

What kinds of questions did they ask you? I remember one of the admissions officers told me that they would ask me to tell them why I want to go to Georgetown. Did they ask you that?

i had my interview today and also thought it went really well

they did ask y i wanted to go to georgetown

I haven't gotten any notifcation for my interviews yet, and I'm applying EA. is that bad?

Can you please provide us with a brief list of questions asked?

I agree, a brief list of questions would help some of us. I have my interview this coming Sunday. He told me to wear what I'd wear to an interview, but I think a suit is a bit much. We're meeting at Panera Bread. Does he want me to wear a suit?

I couldn't really tell you what questions were asked, it was more conversation about why I want to go to Georgetown and what I do with my time. Sungchul, I agree with you that a suit would be a bit much. A nice shirt, pants, and a tie would probably be perfect.

Yea it's not like an interrogation, it's just pleasant conversation

Just finished mine this morning. How many other people's interviewers told you what they had scored you? 9 out of 9 baby :)

i had mine on the 50th floor of the Aon center, such an amazing office with incredible views of chicago, i want his job. it was very conversational like everyone else has said...he said he would root for me so i guess that means something good? although, i've heard interviews dont count as much?

I had mine, and it went really well. He didn't tell me a score, but he said that "I clearly belong at Georgetown, and that will definitely be reflected in [his] review of [me]," so I'm guessing I did well.

Yeah, it was basically just conversation, but I guess some of the questions were why do you want to go to Georgetown? why do you want to be in DC? what are you involved in outside of class? and he ended by asking why are you a winner and why should Georgetown admit you?

I doubt the interviews can count that much, seeing as how everyone's went well...

is it okay if I wear a button down shirt and jeans? or should it be more formal?

I just finished my interview. It definitely didn't go badly, but I wouldn't say it was amazing either. We just sort of talked and it alsted about 30 minutes. He didn't tell me anything about what he was going to say to Georgetown about me, but at the beginning of the interview he said that he never says anything negative. He seemed to talk more than I did, but as a whole, it was fine.

is it alrite to send a thank you note after your interview? or is that too much like "im kissing up to you"-esque? lol

I just sent him a thank you e-mail after asking for his e-maila ddress or business card (he didn't have one).

I just had mine today and it actually went really well. Lasted about 45 minutes and surprisingly wasn't awkward in the least bit. Good luck to those still waiting for their interviews! Hope you get someone that's easy to connect to and who you can really show yourself too.
