Just for Fun (For Music People)

<p>What instruments do you guys play?
What grade/difficulty music are you guys playing this year for school?
What are the name of the pieces?</p>

<p>I play the clarinet
We are playing grades 5 and 4 this year
The names are "Molly on the Shore" and "The Circus Bee March"</p>

<p>Mine’s boring. Piano. Abrsm Grade 7 n 8, but plays several diploma pieces. Chopins, linzt, beethoven…additional info: very interested in bass n electric guitar.</p>

<p>I too play the clarinet, and have been playing for 3 years. We play level 4 & 5 pieces, I know the name of one of our songs, Regenesis, & I forgot the name of the other 2, sorry !</p>

<p>I also play the flute and xylophone.</p>

<p>I went to “bring a friend to orchestra” night yesterday, and we played “Molly on the Shore”. It was a bit challenging.
Anyway, I play flute. Not very exciting. I am in band, mostly for fun. Our pieces aren’t very difficult. I want to learn how to play trombone or something this summer.</p>

Piano(haha yeah Asian) I’ve played it for more than 10 years. (I hate Bach, too! I like Mozart lol)
Clarinet(we played the complex version of Star Wars which was SO COOL!!!)(the orchestra)</p>

<p>4 choirs+voice lessons…but i dont practice as much as I should</p>

<p>currently, in the most challenging choir I’m in, we’re taking part in and 85 minute piece by Benjamin Brittian, “War Requiem”… very challenging. There are going to be 2 orchestras with us, and two adult choirs</p>

<p>I should also really learn to play the piano, if i want to be a good music reader and be able to practice better…we learn it in school…but I suck…I mean I’m REALLY bad :(</p>

Clarinet: We’re playing Holst’s First Suite in E Flat. It’s so hard, but fun to play! 8 kids in my band made Georgia All-State band, and three of them are first chair all-state!
Piano: played every since I was 8. I’m currently playing Beethoven Pathetique, and Dohnanyi’s Konzeretuden.</p>

I don’t know what my level is, but I have played “Spring” by Vivaldi, “Pirates of the Carribean”, and Minuet in C.
I have more pieces, but most of these are current ones.</p>

<p>No. I have played other pieces like “William tell Overture” and “Can Can”</p>

<p>okay the can can is fun to play and william tel overture is very memorable</p>
