Side Notes:
- My GPA took a HUGE hit in November when my grandmother passed and I had to go to China for nearly a month, will be including this as part of app!

I talked to students in the program, and they said I could get it (similar stats to you, check out my chances thread). You'll do fine, enjoy that $7500 stipend and the macbook.

Aim higher, much higher! You have an excellent SAT score, extracurricular activities, and you go to one of the best public high schools in the country, which surely holds some weight. You can definitely get into a top 100 school, and most likely a top 50 school!
