Just went to the mailbox and got a large envelope out that says welcome on it!

MY D applied RD. Could it be that decisions arre out already???

She thought it would be March 30th before we heard anything.

I am not going to open it, D is at school and will not be home until very late tonight.

Did anyone else get the same thing today in the mail?

Thanks.

I think there’s a clue in the username!

or her kid attends UVA

well if it is the Monroe notifications there is still hope as the mail has a greater distance to travel!

I received the large envelope too - it was an acceptance! I got the Monroe scholar too. Congrats everyone who got them!

seymore are you also instate? also can you share stats? (just objective stuff)

also was it priority mail or just first class

Got it too! I’m in Maryland.

@ceresma - it was just regular first class mail, white envelope, with a welcome on the left lower corner.

Does anyone who received a big envelop know if this information is now available on the W&M site, or do we have to wait for tomorrow’s mail?
Thanks and congrats to all who are in!

Well, William and Mary does not have an online notification system except for the final batch of acceptances which I believe come by email.

Got my acceptance today with the Monroe Scholarship. I’m in-state.

I think only the Monroe scholars were notified early? Anyone with RD and NOT a Monroe now sitting with a fat envelope?

Placido, I doubt it. The letter says, “You are receiving this admission letter early, because I want you to know immediately that you would be an outstanding student…” This is mentioned in the paragraph that actually talks about the scholarship.

I got mine today as well! :)

In state (Richmond Area)

I GOT ONE TOO
richmond area as well!
maybe you go to my school lol
