Just got ISEE scores back; how did I do?

Just got my ISEE scores in the mail! (going into 9th).

Verbal Reasoning- 8 (92nd percentile)
Reading Comprehension- 8 (94th percentile)
Quantitative Reasoning- 7 (82nd percentile) [ugh, disappointing.]
Math Achievement- 9 (96th percentile)

Comparatively to other applicants on CC, how did I do? Is that good?

Also, I'm a bit confused by my math score... Math is actually my toughest subject, and English is my best. Very strange how it turned out.

Your scores are fine, in fact, they’re more than fine. Trust me, once it gets to a certain point, AOs really don’t care much anymore. And your score passed that point.

Just look at it this way, if there was an overall score for ISEE like there is for SSAT, you’d get like 95th percentile total- and that’s a great score!

PS I also took the ISEE (albeit in October, but still…)! For me, the essay pretty bad :/. Oh well, I’m very. very, very happy with my scores. So it’s all cool. Did you also take the SSAT? I did, but I decided not to send those scores because they weren’t as good as my ISEE ones.

No, I didn’t take it. I’m only applying to The Hockaday School and the Episcopal School of Dallas. Dallas is where I’m from originally, so my family decided that’s where we’d rather live than Boston. :)) I already have friends at both schools, too. The ISEE is the preferred test for schools down there, so that’s all I took.

Did you get in?
Sorry if I’m being kinda rude but I’m applying for Hockaday too and just got my ISEE scores back (9997)
and wanted to know my chances…
