<p>Only the students with 4.0 GPA’s receive an invitation to compete for this award, according to the UCLA website. Those with 4.0 GPA’s applying represent approximately 600 students per their website.</p>

<p>@LAladyy there is no EC requirement for this scholarship. i think all the 4.0 will get one. and you probably will get one tomorrow:)</p>
