is JHU electrical engineering harder to get into than CMU electrical engineering. also, what if u decide to switch into BME say in ur sopohomore yr. i'm guessing that that'll be hard to do.
u think a girl going for engineering will have significant chances against a guy going for engineering?
just wondering.
btw, i'm sorry if i dont read old posts! got better things to do than look through ALL of the CC library

I would imagine CMU EE is harder to get into because you apply specifically for that major, and it is one of their top programs, where as at JHU you just apply to the school. But its really difficult to say with college admissions these days.

Chances of you switching into BME your sophomore year are slim to none so I wouldn't bank on that fact. In the past 2 years like 6 people have been able to do so.

Unfortunately girls do in fact have an advantage when applying to engineering programs, more so at the graduate level but it will help you for undergraduate applicatoins.
