Just how impossible is it to transfer in?

Just curious. I read something somewhere about only one student being accepted as a transfer. Is it really this tough????

Hey, I think the admittance rate by transfer is roughly that of regular admissions, although we can expect a probable decline as first-year applications increase and they are forced to wait-list more often.

Here's what Collegeboard has to say:
Transfer Students
Number of transfers who applied for fall term: 82
Number of transfers who were admitted for fall term: 19
Number of transfers who enrolled for fall term: 10
Terms in which transfers may enroll: Fall, Spring
Transfers accepted at these levels: Sophomore

Minimum number of credits a transfer applicant must have: 8
