Just Learned of a Really Intriguing Reading Strategy

Basically, I read through a list of potential strategies today for the reading ACT test, and one really caught my eye. The poster said to eliminate the answers in order from most to least wrong. The “least wrong” answer is the correct one.

This is intriguing because I never would have thought to look at it backwards like that, but I’m definitely going to give it a try before April 9th.

Anyone have any thoughts on such a strategy?

Yes, that works. The best answer is usually the most concise, correct, relevant answer.

It’s called Process of Elimination. Apply it to the entire test. It works with any multiple choice test.

Of course then you’ll run into 2 answers that both sounds equally correct and end up making a plan old guess.
