Just lost all progress on online application part 2...even worse, it won't even let..

<p>..me access part 2. I had to close internet explorer unexpectedly because it froze. I made sure to save frequently but the fact that I lost my progress isn't the bad part. The bad part is that I can't even access part 2 anymore. Mind you, I already submitted part 1, paid the fee, etc.</p>

<p>Now, when I sign in, all I get is a message telling me:</p>

<p>"Congratulations, Justin! Your application has been successfully submitted. </p>

<p>Since you have submitted your online application, you can no longer make changes to your Application for Admission Part 1 information over the Internet. If you need to edit information previously submitted to us, please contact the Office of Undergraduate Admissions at <a href="mailto:ugrad-confirm@columbia.edu">ugrad-confirm@columbia.edu</a>. </p>

<p>If you need to print a payment voucher form to mail into the admissions office, you can do so by clicking on the appropriate link to your right. Though you cannot update any information through the online application system, you still have access to all sections of your Application for Admission Part 1. Thus, you may still perform the following tasks:
Print a copy of your application using the button on the left</p>

<p>Doublecheck the accuracy of your work in the "Application" section</p>

<p>Download any necessary forms from the "Downloadable Forms" section "</p>

<p>Now, I'm freaking out that it somehow might have submitted part 2 automatically but I didn't answer half the questions nor did I upload my essay nor did I do the electronic signature thing. Also, when I click "print" to print the supposed copy of my application, I get this message:</p>

<p>"Invalid Access</p>

<p>An error was generated while trying to access the requested page. Please contact technical support and provide the following information: </p>

<p>Name of the university/institution to which you are applying
The PIN used to login to the application
A detailed description of the problem you experienced and the steps you performed in the system to generate the error
Whether or not your browser is set to allow cookies "</p>

<p>Please someone, let me know if there's any way I can fix this. I already emailed tech support, just waiting on them to answer back</p>

<p>Also, when I sign out, I get this message:</p>

<p>So i have absolutely no idea what’s going on. I just logged out, cleared all browsing history again, and rebooted. Still nothing…and I haven’t received my confirmation email from tech support yet…</p>
