<p>Luck is a part of your skill, and to a certain extent, your skill can generate luck. Just do the best you can, and you’ll be certain to get into the top 10%. You’re also certain to get lucky in school sometime (most likely in the near future).</p>
<p>Like Yakisoba said, there is a lot of luck involved. But you also have to be able to use what’s thrown at you. And at the least, you can learn from it. The AP Human Geography teacher at my school last year didn’t exactly teach, and the class required a lot more self-study. My GPA lowered because I got a B all year, but this year, my studying habits are a lot better. </p>
