Just noticed I listed a wrong class...oops?

So just now I realized that I had listed a wrong course in my UC Application (it was a really dumb mistake...CHEM 11 instead of CHEM 10). Still, the grade is correct, and though the course is UC transferable, does not affect my major. I've sent an e-mail to the UC Application address already, but I haven't receieved a response.

I've been accepted to UCSD already. Do you think this might harm my acceptance, or my admission to any of the other UC's? And should I send an e-mail to the UC's I applied to? It's an intermediate chem class, and I've already taken/still am taking general chem, so....

lol I'm just super scared. ;_; Thanks for any input.

It shouldn’t affect your chances at all.

If I understand correctly, this chem 11 (or 10) class does not transfer towards anything required for your major? If so you might be ok. Technically you reported false information on your application, and I’m not sure how kindly they’ll take to that.

Sending an e-mail to their admissions office explaining the situation will be the best course of action. They’ll be much happier that you notified them instead of surprising them.
