Does anyone know what the oldest AP course is?

AP Physics (this included both B and C)
AP Calculus (included AB and BC)
AP English (both Language and Literature)
European History
French (both Language and Literature)
Latin (both Vergil and Literature; well, it was split up in many different ways during the next few decades)
U.S. History
Chemistry (possibly)
Biology (possibly)
Spanish (possibly)

I got the history information from AP Central.
Back then, as in 1956,there were no split version (as in Calculus AB and BC or Latin Literature or Latin Vergil). Most of the exams were not split specifically until around the 70s.

Interesting. Thanks for the info

Were there any exams discontinued besides Computer Science AB, Latin Lit, French Lit, and Italian Lang?

Those are the only ones that I’ve heard of so far
