<p>I applied to CAS Economics and wrote my essay about "Why Cornell?" about AEM. Did not realize that you had to apply to CALS, I thought you transferred in sophomore year. Did I basically kiss my chance at the school good bye?</p>

<p>You could try sending an email and clarifying, but, unfortunately, this late in the process, it’s a long shot.</p>
<p>Yeah I guess I’ll try that. The school was a long shot but its comforting to know that I eliminated the only chance I had. Who would I go about emailing?</p>
<p>Looking over the AEM website, I realize I was interested in the minors offered only to CALS students. Guess I didn’t read that closely. Thats pretty much what I highlighted in my essay… Oh well :(.</p>
