<p>I just sent my application for Georgetown School of Foreign Service (EA)</p>

Church Food Pantry: worked to distribute food and other things to local citizens.
Organized Operation Christmas Gift in my school to distribute presents in Latin America and India.</p>

<p>In my first Essay I talk about racism and how it has made me want to change a stereotype.</p>

<p>In my second essay about a global problem I talk about Illegal Immigration and my own personal struggles with it in my family.</p>

<p>Sorry for the length, I know my SAT and ACT scores are a little low. But I hope that my AP scores show that my school doesn't just pad grades. I just get nervous during the SAT, ACT</p>

<p>You've got a solid chance, your SAT/ACT scores are only <em>decent</em> but otherwise you're a very strong applicant given your classes. Keep in mind Georgetown's applicants are very competitive, so it's still maybe a high match, but I'd say you're in good shape, especially that on collegeboard it says: "School academic record most important" for GT.</p>

<p>I did Early action just to see if I could get in with the SAT/ACT scores I already have. I'm already signed up to retake them both in case I get deferred to regular admissions.</p>
