<p>1.) Yes. But, its only in certain specific dorms. In COrnell, for instance, Only Holland Interantional Living Centre remains open all year long.</p>
<p>2.) Yes, Interantionals can transfer into some US Universities. But, a few do not let int'ls. Check the school's policy. Since, which colleg ur going to is mentioned in ur VISA, I assume u have to get a new one?</p>
