Just starting to study ACT, any tips?

Currently, I am a freshman in high school and I am planning on taking the ACT in September of this year and just now preparing. I’ve got about 4 months and I want to score at least 30

English section is coming along fairly, around 27-30
Math section isn’t the best, no higher than 27
Reading is bad, 23
Science section is my worst, 22
Composite would be 25

Why not just take the June ACT? It will give you really good testing experience. If you don’t like the score, you can delete the score.

Furthermore, most colleges let you send them whichever score you want, so they don’t need to know the first test even exists.

Oh, they can delete it if you take it in the summer? I am just afraid I won’t be prepared by June
Thanks for the reply though

You can Delete national tests, but not state required tests. ACT is not offered during the summer. It’s offered Feb, April, June, Sept, Oct, Dec.
