sry i dont know what all the pictures are of, I snapped pictures of buildings as the tour took us around campus. if your confused on any of the pictures just ask.

so every one was really friendly at sdsu and everything was very organized. sdsu lives up to its name, most of the people are white and many of the girls were hot. Perfect sunny weather kept things upbeat, and the campus looked clean and well kept. Most people walk from class to class with a few skateboards, as bikes are very rare.
The rec center is free for all residence and a small monthly fee for non-resident students. The rec center is huge with over 100 treadmills, a huge rock climbing wall, 2 big weight rooms, a few pools, and a large gym. Supposedly there adding on to the rec center as well. the food was good, and I recommend WAITING TO BUY YOUR COMPUTER since the sdsu bookstore gets a discount on any computer. The macs were the biggest discount since the ibook g4 14'' that I wantwas $200 cheaper then the online student discount at apple.com.
The food was good and id eat it repeatedly. The tour guide recommended the 10 plus meal package. The housing tour wasn't too thorough, it only looked inside the LLC and talked about the housing in general. Housing takes 2-3 weeks to fill up, and they recommended the LLC since you have tutors if you need them, and said being in there helped you transition from high school to college. I talked to two freshman, and one was in the LLC and he said he was happy cause he got to know a lot of freshman, while his friend sounded kinda happy she was in cuic.
The airport was 20-30 minutes by bus/trolley. I think he said you gotta take one then the other. The beach has no bus that takes you there, but he said theres probably a public transit that will get you there, and carloads of ppl are always going on weekends so just hitch a ride.

Thats all I remember for now, I fell in love with the campus and bought a sweatshirt and a t-shirt to seal the deal.

dude THANKS! the pics are awesome.. took me quite a while to load them tho.. but it was worth it, as i've never seen the campus before
appreciated.

the campus seems pretty empty during the day though
and its feels really widee and free unlike the cities, its almost like a park

btw are there a lot of asians in SDSU?

well when I was there most people were in class, there were not alot of asians that i saw.

riptide88, what's the traffic like near the campus and in San Diego? I heard the traffic is slowly becoming like LA's.

Thanks for the pictures.

The traffic isn't bad at all...atleast if you know the short cuts...I always drive the 8 back from the beach around "rush-hour" and i'm rarely sitting in traffic. But it gets pretty bad on the 5...for a 30 minute stretch heading north to orange county around rush hour.

savedbythebell7, are you still majoring in finance? What do you think of your classes and fellow students? Are you going to do an internship?

riptide88
THANKS!!!!
you are awesome!!!!! *brought out some memories.................:-)
It's so beautiful out there!!!!!!!!
I decided I want chapultec! even though it's a far away a lot of people recomended it....and my second choice is cuic.....:-)

dstark, I declare upper division finance next semester, so i've just been taking basic classes like financial accounting. I'm taking finance 240, which is a class on business law over at the community college and have a great professor. I was thinking about possibly switching to pre-law, still deciding. My roommate just got an internship at AG edwards through san diego state, so i'll probably get an internship soon, next summer seems like the best option for me. But aside from that, it seems all my fellow finance major are very competitive and study hard. A few of my friends that are seniors are studying for the CFP right now, SDSU offers a class that essentially teaches you the CFP exam, which is pretty cool.

how are your scores for the basic classes?
i was just wondering how hard is it to get good grades and maintain a good GPA

These are some great pics of the campus. My parents are always out of town and do not plan to visit SDSU. These will probably be the only images of the University they will ever see (with the exception of maybe graduation.) Nice work and thanks for sharing!
