If I took the SAT 1 in June, and I'm selecting score recipients for the SAT 2 test I took a week ago, my SAT 1 scores get sent as well, right?

Also, if a school doesn't require SAT 2 scores, and I send them, even if they're not good, it doesn't really hurt my chances of getting into that school, right?

Whenever you send a score report from Collegeboard, every one of your non-cancelled scores is sent, including the SAT I and any SAT IIs.

Your second question is a bit harder to answer. Do they specifically say that they don't look at SAT IIs? Because if that's the case, you have nothing to worry about. However, if they say they'll look at them if you send them, it might not work in your favor. Obviously if they don't require SAT IIs, they're gonna say it won't affect your chances but if your SAT II scores are on average much lower than your scores on each individual section of the SAT I. It would look somewhat suspicious. Maybe I'm overanalyzing it, but this is my perspective. This is also one of the reasons why I took the ACT since I could just send my ACT score by itself to schools that do not require SAT IIs.
