<p>This can get you into an Ivy League school if you show intense dedication to them.</p>
<p>You don't need any. If you play a sport and do community service you're probably already ahead of the avg. admitted student for state schools. As long as your grades and scores are above avg you're good.</p>
<p>It depends on the state and college. Some are more difficult to get into than others.</p>
<p>In general, with the exception of recruited athletes, state schools don't care about ECs. They care about your stats and state of residence.</p>
