Just Wondering about the ACT and Wilma

Hello. This is my first time taking the ACTs and was wondering where to get information about the ACTs status. I know the hurricane will be here by Sunday and the test is on Saturday but thought it might somehow affect the ACTs. I was suppose to go to my dad house because my mom's appartment is not as strong as my dad's house(even though i won't leave my mom alone) but am going to stay because of the ACTs. To anybody with experience, how do they inform you (email, school announcement, etc.)? Anybody think they'll postpone it?

My school was the one who told me that the ACTs were postponed and when they will resume. Then again, my school is also the test center...

I DON'T THINK you'll get any notification by mail, e-mail, etc. unless your school is also the test center. If you need to know if your test has been postponed b/c of Wilma, check act.org. It should include the rescheduled date, if so.

Thanks. My teacher said that it slowed down and it'll get here by tuesday, so i don't know. My school is the test centre so I'm still wondering. Hopefully I didn't study in vain and I get to take it but an extra week of studying or so can't hurt. hmmmm.

http://act.org/aap/regist/reschedule.html Sorry for the double post but I found the site with the rescheduling information. It doesn't mention my school but maybe it mentions yours. Check it out.
