<p>Given about 3 of every 4 ED applicants won't be accepted on 12/15, are you completing your RD applications to other schools so as to not be in a rush to meet early January deadlines? And if you are, are you filing the applications to get them in or holding them ready to save the application fee with the hope you are admitted to Penn?</p>
<p>You definitely want to get started by now. I’ll be waiting until decisions come out before I submit any other apps since I don’t want to throw away several hundred dollars
