My Dad went to Yale for his MPH. If I were to apply for undergrad, would that be considered a legacy?

No.........

You are considered a legacy if your parents attended an institution only as undergrads!

It depends on the school. For Harvard, you are a legacy only if your parents attended Harvard College. Yale, on the other hand, considers a person a legacy if his or her parents attended any Yale school. In any case, being a legacy doesn't help too much unless your family has donated lots of money.

I'm pretty sure, in terms of undergraduate admissions, that is not the case.
