<p>I’m a little confused here. I think I have an infection in my eye and I want to visit the Ashe Center but I’m not sure how much I’m supposed to pay. </p>
<p>I waived SHIP since I have insurance through Kaiser Permanente, so I understand that Kaiser won’t pay for my visit.</p>
<p>The thing that confuses me is under: <a href=“http://www.studenthealth.ucla.edu/geninfo/gi-fees.html#copays[/url]”>http://www.studenthealth.ucla.edu/geninfo/gi-fees.html#copays</a></p>
<p>In the “2007-2008 Ashe Center Service Fee List” there are three columns labeled: Fee for Service, Registered w/o SHIP, and SHIP. I’m not sure if I have to pay the Fee for Service or the Registered w/o SHIP fees.</p>
