<p>There must be something in the water in Kansas when it comes to NCAA men's basketball:</p>
<p>K-State 9-1 (soon to be 10-1) #1 ranked team in the RPI and they're burying Alabama</p>
<p>KU 9-0 #1 ranked team in the AP and Coaches Polls</p>
<p>Wichita 9-1 (soon to be 10-1 after beating #16/20 Tx Tech tonight)</p>

<p>Yep. The Big 12 is really hot this season. The KU vs. K-State matchups are going to be great games.</p>
<p>We all know the ACC is better than every other conference.</p>
<p>^Having attended Duke for undergrad, I don’t disagree that Duke and UNC are perennial contenders. But this year, Kansas and Texas are decidedly number 1 and 2 in the rankings, Kansas State will likely break into the top 10 this week and Texas Tech and Texas A&M are ranked as well. The ACC is very good, but this season the Big 12 is the leading conference.</p>
