<p>When I take Barron SAT, I get about 1900, and I get about 2250 for Kaplan....
How can there be such a huge discrepancy between them? Which testing book do you think better represent real SAT exam?</p>
<p>Barron’s practice SATs are harder than the actual SAT. I can’t say about Kaplan; I haven’t had enough experience with Kaplan. </p>

<p>I believe Kaplan’s grades are a way of inflating its company’s success by claiming “500 point boost with Kaplan Prep” or something like that. I wouldn’t take either as an accurate assessment, but I believe Barron’s is better to judge off of.</p>
<p>Kaplan’s math section/writing are decent enough in the books. The reading is completely off</p>
