<p>I am gearing up to take the Kaplan and TEAS tests for application to nursing schools and I was wondering, is the Kaplan test or the TEAS test something you can take once and then send scores to multiple schools, or is it something you have to take individually for each school you apply to?</p>
<p>Keep in mind that only certain nursing programs require these tests.</p>
<p>For 4 year direct entry nursing programs that I looked at, none required these tests. Instead, some strongly encouraged or required participation in a Kaplan prep program for the RN test after graduation. </p>
